To order simply complete both sections of the order form.

Please note VAT at the current rate is now payable on all orders.

For private customer orders, we require payment by cheque with the order. Cheques should be made payable to 'Clear Resources'.

For orders on behalf of establishments such as NHS Trusts, schools, children's centres, private clinics etc, who would like us to invoice them, please ensure you complete both the invoice and delivery address fields. If you use official purchase order forms/numbers, please include these with your order. We will also accept orders written clearly on letterheaded paper.

If you are unsure of any prices, please contact us before placing your order.

Once completed please send the order form to us by post, fax or e-mail, remembering to include your payment and/or your official purchase order form/number.

Delivery

Most orders are despatched within a few days of receiving your order, however during busier periods, please allow up to 28 days.

Our postage and packing charge is £4.95* for all orders, no matter how large.

Your Guarantee of Quality

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are ever unhappy with any CLEAR product, simply return it in its original condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Please be assured that all personal information sent to us will remain strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties. We aim to keep your details up to date. If any details are incorrect, or if you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please e-mail;

All goods remain the property of CLEAR Resources until payment is received in full. Risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery. In the case of damaged or incomplete goods, the buyer should inform CLEAR Resouces within 48 hours of delivery. Official orders will be invoiced, and are payable strictly within 30 days. Interest may be charged on late payments. Goods may be returned within 14 days for a full refund provided they are still in their original condition. (Return postage at the buyer's expense.) Please note we reserve the right to alter any product or price without prior notice.
